Deep Learning Day 1 – Thursday 17th October

Tomorrow (Thursday 17th October) sees our first Deep Learning Day of the academic year.

The normal timetable is suspended and students have some brilliant opportunities to explore work and activities surrounding a particular theme in greater depth.  The topics are assigned by year-groups and include content relating to Modern Foreign Languages, Maths, Literacy, Humanities, Careers and Course 42.

If your child is in Year 8, their Literacy project tomorrow has a gangster/rapper flavour – they are permitted to wear clothing appropriate to this theme!
