Year 11 Fieldwork at Dawlish Warren

Y11 students have been visiting Dawlish Warren collecting data for their controlled assessments. Considering the recent inclement weather in Devon we were extremely lucky with sunshine on both days! The students who visited on the Wednesday had to cope with very windy conditions but could see how important the sea defences were – we also witnessed the collapse of the dunes due to the stormy conditions and very high tides. The behaviour of the students was impeccable throughout and they were a credit to themselves and the College.
