Girls Triumph at TAG Rugby Tournament

The U13 A and B side were very successful at the Sainsburys School Games TAG Rugby Competition, held at St Luke’s on Tuesday 5 March. Both teams were superb, both on and off the pitch, with referees and teachers from other schools commenting on their attitude and consideration for other students throughout the day.

The A side, captained by Georgia Evans, ended up winning the tournament and will progress to the South West Finals Day on 27 March.

The B side, captained by Amelia Worth, unfortunately lost their last game and came 3^rd, but competed brilliantly and actually beat the A’s 35-25 when they met earlier in the afternoon.
