Our last Deep Learning Day of the year saw students enjoying a wide variety of experiences.
Year 7 split to work with Maths and Modern Foreign Languages, while Year 8 were the first to experience a new literacy day working with a performance poet and then preparing their own work to perform in the afternoon.
Year 9 reversed their activities from March, either learning about Health and Well-being or practising new ICT skills that they will use in their GCSEs. For Year 10, it was a day learning how to apply for a job and prepare for an interview. Students ended the day interviewing each other for a job.
Year 12 spent the day at Plymouth University to help them prepare for university applications.
