Y10 BTEC Enterprise

On Monday 9th December, 4 local entrepreneurs came to speak to our Year 10 BTec Enterprise students.

They spoke candidly about the challenges and highlights of running their own business; what motivates them and their aspirations. Students also got to ask them questions and it was lovely to see them so highly engaged. Not only was this an enriching experience for the BTEC Students, it gave them an opportunity to practise their research skills in preparation for their NEA next term. We would like to thank Marie Pulman from Animals2U South West, James Owens of JJ Mobile Valeting Ltd, Nicole Walland from Devon Energy Ltd and Dan Johnson from SpokeUP for kindly giving their time and knowledge to our students.
