“It’s Lifted the Whole Place”

Students look absolutely fantastic in the new College uniform. Walking through the Giraffe House on the first morning of term, it seemed to be a different Clyst Vale, and many colleagues commented it was surprising what an impact the change had made. Even better, students seemed to have a pride in their appearance, and the identity with their School and College. Thank you to students and parents for embracing this change so positively, especially those who were not in favour of it. Clearly, putting on a tie does not make anyone more clever or harder working, but it is a symbolic part of a change in Clyst Vale, showing our determination to raise standards.
